Some natural wholefoods are great to eat more of if you have any inflammation in the body.

Pineapple contains bromelain, a group of enzymes that aid digestion and reduce inflammation and swelling in the body. Eat it fresh for best effects. 

Other good anti-inflammatory foods include ginger, turmeric, garlic, onion, liquorice, and flavonoid-rich foods such as berries and cherries. 

As Hippocrates once so wisely said, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food".
